MindMarks is the training division of the National Training Institute on Race and Equity (NTIRE)
Although we all have implicit bias, it doesn't have to affect how well we work
together or how well we serve clients, customers, or citizens.

To minimize the impact of bias on the opportunities, experiences, and outcomes of individuals and organizations.
We do this by:
1) using existing or collecting new data to diagnose potential bias within organizations and/or between organizations and their customers or communities
2) training leaders, managers, and front-line staff to minimize or eliminate the impact of their biases on decisions and behavior
3) assisting organizations with the implementation of
bias-reducing practices
